Your tasks

For us, everything revolves around continuous improvement. We are looking for a dedicated process manager to accompany our organizational units on the path to process optimization. You can expect a dynamic environment in which your pursuit of excellence and your innovative spirit are in demand.

Your duties will include:

- Process-related support for business process management in the organizational units: You accompany and optimize the business processes in our organizational units.
- Recording, analyzing and optimizing process flows: You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement, optimize processes and monitor their implementation.
-Managing/supporting process optimization and digitalization projects: You will manage and support process optimization and digitalization projects.
-Independently driving forward lean management initiatives at the site: You initiate and support lean management initiatives at the site to increase efficiency.
- Methodical support for the specialist departments in recognizing potential and defining standards: You provide methodical support to the specialist departments in identifying optimization potential and defining standards.

Your profile

You are exactly right with us if you bring the following with you:

- Completed technical training (HTL, FH, degree), alternatively several years of comparable professional experience: You have a solid technical foundation.
-First professional experience in process management: You already have professional experience in process management in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge and experience in the application of lean methods: You are familiar with lean methods and their application.
- Good MS Office skills: You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent English skills: You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Structured work: You are characterized by a structured and methodical approach to your work.
