Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Your duties will include:
- Technical consulting and support for existing customers: You are the contact person for our customers and accompany them with technical expertise. You answer customer inquiries competently and reliably.
- Creation and follow-up of customer offers
- Preparation of offers and contracts: In close cooperation with internal departments, you create customized offers and contracts.
- Conducting sales meetings and price negotiations: You are skilled at building customer relationships and successfully closing contracts.
- Identifying customer needs and helping to develop sales strategies: You analyze individual customer requirements and together with our team, design sales strategies to meet them.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position: Your experience is the key to success.
- Technical understanding: You have a flair for technical details and trends, preferably in the field of electrical engineering.
- Excellent German and English skills: Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Very good MS Office skills: You have an effortless command of the common tools.
- Organizational talent, independent work and analytical thinking: You always keep track of things and approach tasks proactively.
- Class B driver's license: You are mobile and flexible.
