As CAO at Kostad, Danny Dimitrov is responsible for the strategic management and further development of the Service & Ticketing and IT departments.

Working closely with the various teams, he ensures that customer inquiries are processed efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner, while at the same time continuously optimizing the technical infrastructure.

In addition, as deputy head of the calibration laboratory, he plays a key role in the implementation and smooth operation of our calibration laboratory to ensure the highest quality standards.
